You can browse detailed information through Data Search (see corresponding pages in the guide).
Searching for Secondary Analysis Publications
You can retrieve secondary analysis papers with data provided by SSJDA (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Creating a New Account and Login

Creating a New Account and Login
You log in SSJDA Direct and apply for data use after searching datasets. First time users need to create new accounts (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Applying for Data Usage

For Research (Faculty)
When your position is Faculty, please see corresponding pages in the guide.
For Research (Graduate Students)
Applications by graduate students need approval by academic advisor registered in SSJDA Direct before approval by SSJDA and depositing institutions. Please see corresponding pages in the guide.
For Research (Others)
When your position is Others, please see corresponding pages in the guide.
For Education (Faculty)
In addition to your courses, you need to apply for data for educational purpose when your students wish to use data for writing term papers, graduation thesis, etc. (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Approval or Reject of Application by Students (Academic Advisor)

Approval or Reject of Application by Students
Applications by students need approval by academic advisor before approval by SSJDA and depositing institutions (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Downloading Data

Downloading Data
When you apply for data provided by download, you can get datasets through SSJDA Direct after approval (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Reporting data usage

Data Usage Report
When you finish data usage or the data usage period expires, you must submit the data usage report (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Registering Research Outputs

Registerign Research Outputs
When you publish outputs by secondary analysis, please register and send copies of outputs to SSJDA. Registering outputs does not mean data usage report (see corresponding pages in the guide).

Changing User Information and Password

Changing User Information and Password
When your information changes, please modify as soon as possible (see corresponding pages in the guide).
